The maximum weight capacity supplied when purchasing a pair of roof bars always represents the dynamic capacity of the bars, i.e. the maximum capacity of the same when the vehicle is moving, but all the bars, in addition to having a dynamic capacity, have a static capacity, which in most cases it is not reported on the bars.

The Static Capacity Represents the Maximum Weight Capacity of the Roof Bars with the Vehicle Stationary, and on average the latter Reaches Approximately X3 Times the Dynamic Capacity.


- CAN ALL CARS HOLD A ROOF TENT?

Absolutely Yes. The side members of each car are designed to support more than the weight of the car itself, since, in the event of an accident and the car overturning, for safety reasons, it must support its own weight.

Since the smallest of the cars weighs at least 1 Ton, by logic, it is obvious that any car (even the smallest!) can hold both the roof tent and its guests inside, without any problem.


ASSEMBLY:

- Place the tent on the roof bars of your vehicle (2 people min.)
- Under the tent there are 2 channels, insert 4 steel inserts crossed by the bolt for each channel
- Scrolling through the inserts equipped with bolts, match 2 bolts, one with the outside and one with the inside of the roof rack
- Mount the bracket supplied by gripping the part underneath the roof rack and tighten the bolts
- Remember to Tighten the Bolts Whenever You Travel.


OPENING:

- Press on the Steel Jack Closure Buckles that block the Closure Laces
- Accompany the automated opening upwards

1) Without Bumper Removal (Hard)
2) Removing the Bumper (Simple)

1) In the absence of suitable dexterity, experience and equipment, with this method of assembly it is possible to cause damage to yourself, to the product and to the car.

- Opening the Engine Compartment Bonnet
- Removal of the Bonnet Seal on the Upper Part of the Bumper
- Bumper Top Bolting Removals
- Flex the Upper Part of the Bumper and Check the Positioning of the Upper Clip Hooks of the Old Grille
- Release the old grille by levering the upper clip hooks with a long screwdriver or elongated plastic lever
- Unhooked in the upper part, remove the grill from the front
- Remove the Second Grille by releasing the Clips, thanks to the lateral access freed up with the removal of the first grille
- Affix the New Grilles by hooking the clips with the correct pressure
- Reassemble the bumper and previously removed gasket


2) With the removal of the bumper, the assembly becomes very simple as it is only necessary to release the clips of the old grilles and to reattach the new ones under pressure (operation to be strictly recommended to professionals in the sector)

- Using anti-scratch plastic levers (SEARCH FOR THEM IN OUR STORE), pry between the mirror cap and the final black plastic edge.

- Unhooked, remove the Original cap from the Mirror Skeleton.

- Position the New Cap with the plastic joints in correspondence with the slots on the mirror skeleton.

- Apply the correct pressure to make the new cap adhere until it fits completely.

FOR AN OPTIMUM MOUNTING, WE RECOMMEND:

- DISMOUNTING YOUR HALOGEN BULBS

- CHECK FIRST: Connect only the led socket (PLUG AND PLAY ); if there is not any problem, proceed with mounting operations.

- BLOCK ONLY THE LED RING: Remove the led ring from the led bulb using circular motion and fix in the locking clip of the halogen bulb.

- IMPORTANT: THE LIFE OF THE LED DEPENDS ON THE HEATSINK: Open the copper heatsink as much as possible, till you obtain a "rose shape" heatsink. Extend each heatsink, don' t be afraid to use force.

- CONNECT THE SOCKET AND LOCK THE BULB: Put the bulb inside its ring that you had previously fixed, and lock it using circular motion.




NON-STANDARD CASES


- DEEPER DUST CAPS:

Being a TRANSFORMATION kit, and not replacement bulbs, it has bigger dimensions.

- ADAPTERS:

All cars that do not have the STANDARD LOCKING CLIP to lock the halogen bulb, may need simple ADAPTERS; found them in OUR STORE.
IMPORTANT: Their compatibility could not always depend on the model of your car; it depends mainly on the LOCKING SYSTEM of the halogen bulbs of your headlight.

INSTALLATION:

- 1 Take a sock and insert it into the upper part of the tire, making sure that it adheres well to the rear area of the tire.
- 2 Drive a little forward with the car, to repeat the operation and fix the sock also in the part of the rubber that previously touched the road surface.
- 3 drive for a hundred meters at low speeds, stopping the car again to check that the device has been installed correctly.
- 4 continue the journey in safety taking into account the Maximum Speed of 50Km-h.

- Remove the 3M adhesive film, and adhere the spoiler to the desired part

- Connect the 3 Wires, Respectively:

BLACK: Connect to Neutral Ground
RED: Connect to the Base Lighting System
WHITE: Connect to the STOP light switch-on function

(For a perfect fixing, use a bodywork thermal hair dryer)

INSTALLATION:

- Secure the Frame Holder Pliers to each other, by means of the Special Spring + Bolt + Washer
- Attach the frame holder bracket to the front of the duct
- Screw the front part of the duct to the rear part
- Fix the Duct, complete with the Shelter Bracket, to the Car Roof Bars
- Secure the bike to the bike carrier by tightening the frame holder clamps and locking the wheels with the appropriate straps
