COMPATIBILITY:

- Mercedes C Class W205 Station Wagon (2018-2021), with Flush Railings (Low Railings)


INSTALLATION:

- For a Perfect Installation Mount the Bars at Approximately 70cm Distance Between Them.
- For Perfect Soundproofing Mount the Bars in the rearmost possible area of the Vehicle.
- For Perfect Positioning and Centering during Assembly, consult the graduated scale on the bottom of the Bars.

- Mount the roof bars as per the instructions
- Position them on the roof with the pointed part facing backwards
- Open the locks with the key provided
- Unscrew the pin that allows the clamp to open to the maximum allowed
- Position the bars on the low rails centering them on the roof
- Tighten the pin that closes the clamp to the maximum allowed (max 6Nm)
- Close the locks and plug the remaining empty channels with the gaskets provided


ATTENTION it is good practice to carry out a control pit stop after the first 100km, then after 250km and finally after 500km.

COMPATIBILITY:

It is applicable on any vehicle with an indentation on the bumper, where it will be possible to fix the bracket (WATCH PHOTO).



ASSEMBLY:

- Put the relocation plate holder where you want to apply it, marking the points where you will need to pierce the bumper

- Once the holes have been made, fix the plate holder with the metal plate and the bolts supplied

- Remove the plate and apply it on the new relocation plate holder (1 hole may be required on the plate)

COMPATIBILITY:

USE:

1) The bolts must be unscrewed before lifting the car, on a flat, stable and safe surface.
2) Insert the jack under the frame in the position indicated in the use and maintenance handbook.
3) Raise the jack just enough to tension it in the right position to support the car but without lifting it off the ground.
4) Remove the hubcap and loosen the nuts by turning the cross wrench counterclockwise.
5) The tire must be left in contact with the ground because in this way the force applied makes the nuts turn but not the wheel, which remains blocked by the ground.
6) The nuts must not be unscrewed completely but you must limit yourself to overcoming the resistance of the tightening.
7) Raise the car, completing the operation of unscrewing the bolts and removing the wheel which must be completed by hand.

The same operation must be done in reverse when refitting the replaced wheel, tightening the bolts last, to be carried out when the vehicle is already on the ground.
