How to Purchase
QSPCARS.com is an online sales site for electronic products for automotive lighting and car accessories. The purchase of products, available as illustrated and described online in the relative descriptive and technical sheets, is made by the Customer at the price indicated therein, to be confirmed at the time of sending the order confirmation, in addition to the transport costs as specified below in the following Art. 6, and in any case displayed at the time of purchase. Before confirming the purchase, the Customer will be shown a summary of the unit cost of each chosen product, the total cost in the case of purchasing multiple products and the relative transport costs. By confirming the purchase, to complete the transaction, the Customer will receive an email containing the Date and Total Amount of his order and the details of the same.
Order Cancellation
QSPCARS.com reserves the right to cancel an order or an item in the order if the following circumstances occur:
- Items that suddenly become unavailable.
- Items that cannot be delivered by suppliers due to problems;
- Credit card fraud;
- Incorrect use of discount coupons. In particular, if for any reason the order is subject to partial cancellations that result in the total amount falling below the minimum required for the promotion or if the application of the discount coupon results in an overall discount exceeding 20% of the order itself, qspcars.com will unilaterally cancel the discount itself.

- Price variations by the supplier that result in price changes greater than 5%. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller who will send the Customer an acceptance or refusal of the order as soon as possible.

Legal Guarantee
All new products purchased on www.qspcars.com, by private individuals, are covered by the 2-year European legal guarantee for defects of conformity. All new products purchased on www.qspcars.com, by companies with VAT number, Italian or Foreign (including the Republic of San Marino, Principality of Monaco, Vatican State) are covered by the 1-year legal guarantee for lack of conformity. Exceptions: Products marked as End of Series, Used, B-Stock, have a shorter warranty period, always clearly specified in the product description itself, which replaces the coverage period described here and which is implicitly accepted by the customer by purchasing the product. Where the product description clearly states "No Warranty" (e.g. Used item), the product is covered by warranty for the same day it arrives to the customer, or the DOA (Dead On Arrival ) warranty coverage formula applies: product covered by warranty only if received faulty, and assistance can be claimed within 7 calendar days from the date on which the product was received by the customer. After that, any form of assistance lapses. All products for which "No Warranty" is clearly stated are carefully tested on the bench before shipping, and it is possible to request a test video before shipping, specifying it in the order notes. QualitySPCars can decide whether to offer a refund of the product price, excluding shipping, as a form of assistance, for example, in the case where it evaluates for unique pieces given the impossibility of finding an additional piece or repairing it. During the Warranty coverage period for new products, QualitySPCars undertakes to restore to operation the products that are found to be faulty on the test bench, where the defect is attributable to manufacturing defects and not to improper use by the purchaser. To benefit from the Warranty, it is always necessary to send the faulty products for assistance for a technical inspection and repair. Sending the faulty products for assistance is always at the customer's expense. Once repaired, the products will be returned to the customer free of charge. To find out if the product is still under warranty, check the delivery date of the tracking code shown in the order details. In the event of a faulty product, if it is a Lighting product, we strongly invite you to contact a QSPCARS specialist in advance by email, in the Contacts section, who will first guide you in carrying out simple tests, to verify the actual presence of a defect of conformity, since in most cases the problem depends on the installation .
Subsequently, or for any other product, assistance can be requested in writing. All products are identified by a unique serial code printed on a tamper-proof label. Removing the label with the serial code will void the Warranty. During the warranty period, QualitySPCars will repair or replace the defective components of the product whose serial code corresponds to the order of the customer requesting the Warranty and which is covered within the time limits established by law. In no case will it be possible to request a warranty for products that are not part of your order, e.g. for other people's orders or product codes that are not part of your order. The replacement component, identified in turn by a unique serial code, will be covered for the remaining warranty period of the product that was part of the initial purchase. QualitySPCars will restore the faulty material to working order, deciding at its discretion whether to repair, replace with the same new or used product, or replace the product with one at least equivalent in performance, new or used. QualitySPCars reserves the right to opt, at its sole discretion, for a refund of the purchase price rather than replacing the product and canceling the purchase contract. The warranty must be requested by the customer who placed the order, only for the material contained in the order. It is not possible to request a Warranty on products that are not part of your order and/or other people's orders. The serial codes of the products are valid for association with an order number. The return of the product will not be accepted under any circumstances and therefore the warranty does not apply if: The terms for providing the warranty have expired; If it is impossible to associate the faulty product with a specific order on our site; If the warranty is requested for a product that is not part of your order; If the holographic labels of the serial codes have been tampered with; If, following a technical check, it appears that the damage was caused by improper installation or use; If, following a technical check, it appears that the damage was caused by modifications, repairs, or tampering carried out by the customer himself or by third parties; If, following a technical check, it appears that the product has been damaged due to negligence or carelessness in use (such as exposure to heat sources, water, lightning, incorrect connections, mechanical impacts, tampering, tests with unforeseen programs or drivers) or failure to comply with the installation rules; if the product returned to QualitySPCars reaches the latter in packaging that is unsuitable to protect the goods during transport; in all cases in which the damage cannot be traced back to defects in production, manufacturing, or storage of the product. Products deemed defective by the buyer, but found to be functioning correctly following the technical check, are returned to the buyer with the cost of transport charged to him , in addition to technical inspection labor. A video demonstrating the operation of the product on the bench will always be provided, in which the serial codes are clearly legible. In the case of returns that are actually defective and covered by the Warranty, QualitySPCars will resend the replaced product at its own expense.
Photographs on Website
Although the company is committed to keeping the photographs in the product sheets as up-to-date as possible, they may differ slightly from the finished product in small details due to continuous product updates that may cause the product to vary in small details. For example, the colors of the plastic parts or other small details that are irrelevant or that improve the final performance of the product may vary. In the event that the product is different from the photos shown on the site, if this is a problem, it is always possible to avail of the Right of Withdrawal or Exchange of Goods within the timeframes and methods set out in the appropriate section.
Disputes and Responsibilities
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Seller is in no way liable to the Customer for direct or indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of Products offered for sale on the Site. The Seller also declines any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages, caused by the failure to accept or process, even partially, an Order. QualitySPCars cannot in any case be held liable for the failure to finalize the contract due to causes of force majeure, such as those defined by Italian courts, liability of the customer or third parties. Penalty For Storage
In the case of shipment by courier, two free delivery attempts are foreseen. If the first attempt is unsuccessful due to the absence of the recipient, the courier leaves a notice on the intercom to be contacted by the customer and to agree on a second free delivery attempt. If, however, the address provided by the customer is incorrect and therefore non-existent, no notice will be left and the second free delivery attempt will lapse. Once the delivery attempts have been exhausted, the package will be stored at the nearest courier branch. The customer can promptly contact QualitySPcars , to pay the shipping cost again and request the possibility of collecting their package in person at the courier branch, or request a new home delivery attempt. If the customer does not contact QualitySPcars or after the storage period set by the courier - generally 5-10 working days - has elapsed, the package will be returned to the sender, with the additional costs of opening a storage practice, plus a penalty for each day of storage, plus the charge for a new shipment for the return. These costs will be charged in advance by the courier to QualitySPcars , which will then be forced to recover the costs from the customer. The customer who still wishes to receive their package will therefore first have to reimburse the costs incurred by the company for storage, penalties and return, then request and pay for a new shipment of the package. The package will remain in free storage at QualitySPcars until the balance due has been paid, for no more than 30 days. After which the order will be considered void, and the goods will be retained by QualitySPcars as a reimbursement for the storage and return costs already incurred.
Approval (Italy)
All lighting systems - Xenon, LED, Projectors, etc. - on the site are sold as aftermarket products not intended for use on public roads. It is the buyer's full responsibility to inform themselves and verify the legality of using the product on the road in the country where it is used. In particular, we remind you that the regulations in force in Italy regarding the installation of Xenon Kits for use on public roads require the presence of automatic control of the direction of the light beam and approval of the modifications made to the car. Those who do not have such systems and/or do not obtain approval for the modification made to the car, are required to use our products only for competitive use on the track. Public roads are understood to be any place regulated by the Highway Code. As for specific LED or Xenon kits, these are aftermarket products designed for full compatibility and full operation on the car for which they are designed (therefore they include control units compatible with the car's electronics, lamps of shape, connection and type compatible with the original headlight, and where necessary include accessories/adapters to allow easier assembly), but they remain in any case products not permitted for use on public roads. In Italy, if you do not first request, and subsequently obtain, approval for the modification to your vehicle, you are considered outside the current regulations. In other European or non-European countries, however, there may not be such restrictions on free use on public roads. We recommend using the products in full compliance with national regulations - including crossing the border between a country where use is permitted and one where it is not permitted. QUALITYSPCARS declines all responsibility for any anomalies caused by the use of the products, including interference with stereo systems, windshield wiper motors, window motors , etc. By purchasing, the Customer accepts this condition and holds QualitySPcars harmless from any claim. The installation and use of our products is intended to be under the full responsibility of the Customer. If the Customer decides to cancel the purchase, it is always possible to avail of the Right of Withdrawal, returning the product packaged, sealed and in the same condition in which it was received, in the manner and within the timeframes set out in current Italian legislation regarding the Right of Withdrawal. The compatibility of aftermarket kits with cars depends on the assembly, the car's electronics and the technical parameters of the kit itself. It is therefore not possible to guarantee a priori the actual compatibility of the product with specific car models. The Customer purchases the kit aware that compatibility with all car models is not guaranteed in any way. However, QualitySPcars kits defined as Canbus are compatible with the vast majority of car electronics on the market, and for specific car models there are photographic guides that explain the installation and demonstrate compatibility.
