Any Item Purchased from QualitySpCars can be returned within 30 Days from the Date of Receipt, for any reason.

QSPCARS Offers the Customer the Right of Withdrawal Within 30 Days from the purchase of the product instead of 14.

Return costs are always at Customer Charge.

Depending on the reason for the return, the refund may be net of shipping costs, i.e.: 

The INITIAL Shipping costs may be deducted from the Refund, even if they are Free at the Purchase Phase.

Each return must comply with the parameters listed in the RETURN ACCEPTANCE REQUIREMENTS.

RETURN ACCEPTANCE REQUIREMENTS

Un Articolo può Essere restituito per qualsiasi motivazione (Malfunzionamento, Danneggiato, Sostituzione, Cambio, Non Compatibile, Diverso, Ripensamento, Non Utilizzabile) se RISPETTA i Seguenti Parametri Guida:

  • The Package Must Contain Purchase Receipt/Proof of Payment
  • The package must contain the Return Item Form
  • The item can be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Item Condition Must Be Same As Purchased
  • The packaging conditions must be the same as the purchase (do not put writing or labels directly on the product packaging)
  • The Item Must Not Have Been Subjected to Any Modification or Break-in
  • The Item Must Be Provided With All Its Original Parts, Including Packaging

 

PREMISES:

  1. Return costs are always the responsibility of the Customer.  
  2. The costs of each return shipment, regardless of the reason, must be paid in advance. 
  3. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected shipments.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Download and Fill Out the Form and Insert it Inside Your Package
  2. Pack Your Goods Safely
  3. Ship with a Service / Carrier of Your Choice to QualitySpCars, C.da Matera 2, 70029 Santeramo in Colle (BA) – Italy.

Once Shipped 0 thoughts, upon arrival we will contact you within 24/48 working hours, after inspection, regardless of the reason for the return..

IF THE ITEM DOES NOT MEET THE ACCEPTANCE REQUIREMENTS

Each Returned Item is intended for resale.

What if you receive a used item or one with packaging other than the original?

QSPCARS always follows the rule of common sense, but if the item returns:

Damaged, Used, Worn, Modified, with Missing Parts, Missing or Damaged Packaging, QSPCARS, based on the nature of the problem, may reserve the right not to accept the return, charging the shipping costs needed to return it to the customer, or to formulate an estimate of the Damage and Offer a Partial Refund, which the Customer may accept or refuse.

REIMBURSEMENT

If the return meets all acceptance requirements, the refund will be issued automatically, on the Departure account, within 24-48 working hours following receipt of the return.

Refund times may vary depending on the payment method used:

If Credit – Debit Card, the timing depends on the circuit through which the original transaction was made and can vary from 5 to 10 working days.

If PayPal, the refund time is approximately 24 business hours.

It is not possible to request a refund on an account other than the one used for the purchase.

Which Service or Carrier can I use to make the Return?

For Italy, for items with a value up to € 19.99, with a weight up to 100gr, we recommend using the "Posta 1" postal service, a very fast and reliable service, which costs only 2,80€.

Vice versa, we recommend using any express courier or tracked postal service of your choice.
