SHIPPING TO EUROPE, USA AND CANADA
All European and International shipments have an additional shipping cost, which can always be consulted in the sheet of each product, in the "Shipping Costs" section.
Any costs for storing the goods at the courier's warehouse, caused by incorrect communication of the address or by the absence of the recipient for two consecutive times, are the responsibility of the recipient.
WHEN DO WE SHIP?
- All orders placed Before 11:00 Monday to Friday will be processed the same working day.
- Orders placed After 11:00 in the morning are processed the next working day.
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the next available working day.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING TO EUROPE, UNITED STATES AND CANADA?

- Our partners for shipping in Europe are: Poste Italiane, SDA, BRT-DPD, DHL
- In the United States and Canada we only use DHL and therefore we only ship with DHL Express Service.
- In Europe, shipping of items with a value of less than €19.99 and weighing up to 100g is managed by Poste Italiane, with the Posta Priority shipping method; It is always possible to purchase an upgrade during the order phase, for shipping with SDA, BRT-DPD or DHL Express courier for a traceable and faster service
- In Europe, shipping of items with a value greater than €19.99 or weighing more than 100g is handled by BRT-DPD or SDA; It is always possible to purchase an upgrade during the ordering process, for shipping via DHL Express courier, for an even faster service.
DELIVERY TIMES IN EUROPE, USA AND CANADA
Orders to the United States and Canada are shipped with DHL, therefore, it takes 2 to 4 business days.
For Europe the delivery times are:
- From 4 to 8 Working Days If the order was shipped with Poste Italiane (Posta Priority)
- From 3 to 5 Working Days If the order was shipped with BRT-DPD
- From 3 to 7 Working Days If the order was shipped with SDA
- From 1 to 3 Working Days If the order was shipped with DHL.
Sometimes delivery times may vary or be slowed down depending on:
- of the Nation and of the place of delivery (e.g. in remote-difficult areas, or on islands)
- logistical difficulties of the couriers used (e.g. strikes, slowdowns or problems with the vehicles);
- the presence of holidays (generally at such times, there are peaks in deliveries, and this could cause slowdowns)
Unfortunately, not everything depends on the work of QSPCARS, therefore in the event of such force majeure inconveniences it is necessary to wait for the normal course of work to be re-established.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
By 15:30 on the day the order is shipped, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all the details: Tracking Number, Service and Carrier Used for shipping, order tracking link.
You will be able to track your shipment both on the courier's website, using the link in the confirmation email, and on our website, in the "Orders" section.
It may take up to 24 hours from the time the order is taken by the Courier to see the first movement of the tracking number.
ATTENTION: The Postal Shipping Code “Posta Priority”, is not a Real Tracking Number. This Code will be used only and exclusively to certify that the package has been delivered to the Recipient.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Shipping managers are operational on international territory from Monday to Friday.
Standard delivery will take place between 9.00 and 18.00, on all working days, from Monday to Friday.
Upon delivery of the goods by the express courier, the Customer is required to check:
- That the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or in any way altered or tampered with, including the closing seals (adhesive tape)
- That the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document
In the event of tampering, breakage, wet packaging or dents, the customer must always ACCEPT the goods but "WITH RESERVATION OF INSPECTION", ", describing the damage in detail on the courier's delivery receipt. (e.g .: Reservation of Inspection for damage to the cardboard).
If this operation is not carried out correctly, any transport damage Cannot be Contested and therefore the responsibility cannot be attributed to either the Carrier or QSPCARS.
DUTIES FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
In member countries of the European Union, shipping is done using the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid ) formula, so the goods will arrive directly at the indicated delivery location without having to pay additional sums other than what was already paid at the time of the order.
For all countries outside the European Union, the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid ) formula is used, so the courier may present a separate invoice with which it requests the payment of duties and taxes required by local authorities, which remain the responsibility of the buyer.
For potential buyers residing in a country outside the European Union we recommend that you inform yourself about the taxes and customs duties of your country of origin before making a purchase, as, in the event of non-acceptance of the goods and their return to our premises, the buyers themselves Will be required to pay the shipping costs for the outward and return journey to our premises plus any management costs.

How do I know when my order will be shipped?
The customer is always informed of the shipment via email (he will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number to follow the shipment); he can also check the status of the order, within his account on the site, under "Orders".
If the courier doesn't find me for the delivery, will the goods be returned?
Depending on the shipping method, the carrier may make 2 additional delivery attempts; after that, the goods may end up in storage at the nearest branch. If Redelivery is not Agreed, After 10 Days of Storage, the Goods Will Be Returned to the Sender.
It is always advisable to monitor the tracking, and contact the shipping carrier directly if you notice any anomalies or delays, in order to agree on a new delivery.
When does the courier deliver? Also Saturday or Sunday?
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to approximately 18:00. The delivery of the goods takes place at the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order; if necessary, it is possible to provide, at the time of the order, an alternative address different from your home (workplace / neighbor / Shipping Center, etc ...) to ensure correct delivery.
Is it possible to make an appointment for delivery?
NO, it is not possible to make appointments for delivery at pre-established times or days , it is possible to indicate in the order notes (during the purchase phase) a preferred time slot, or the need to be contacted in advance by telephone, at the telephone number provided (these services, however, are not 100% guaranteed and will always take place at the discretion of the carrier). For organizational reasons, post-dated delivery is NOT foreseen.
