All new products purchased on www.qspcars.com by private customers are covered by the 2-year European legal guarantee for defects of conformity. All new products purchased on www.qspcars.com, by companies with VAT number, Italian or Foreign (including the Republic of San Marino, Principality of Monaco, Vatican State) are covered by the 1-year legal guarantee for lack of conformity. Exceptions: Products marked as End of Series, Used, B-Stock, have a shorter warranty period, always clearly specified in the product description itself, which replaces the coverage period described here. 

PRODUCT RECEIVED FAULTY OR MISSING PRODUCTS

The Product, if received faulty, or missing some of its parts or added accessories, can be claimed within 7 calendar days from the date on which the product was received by the customer. After that, any form of assistance will lapse.

SECOND-HAND PURCHASE

In the case of Used Products, for which "No Warranty" is clearly stated, they are carefully tested on the bench before shipping, and it is possible to request a test video before shipping, specifying it in the order notes. 

QSPCARS REQUIREMENTS

products that are found to be faulty on the test bench due to defects of conformity, therefore where the defect is attributable to manufacturing defects and not to improper use by the purchaser. Such as:

 

- Failure to comply with the assembly and use rules

- Negligence or Careless Use

- Any form of Tampering or Testing

- Tampering or missing Product Serial Code

 

Failure to meet any of the 4 Elements described above will void the Warranty.

HOW TO USE THE WARRANTY?

To benefit from the Warranty, it is always necessary to send the faulty products for technical inspection and repair, strictly followed by the Purchase Receipt/Proof of Purchase.

The sending of faulty products for assistance is always at the customer's expense, who must send them to our office:

Upon arrival, QSPCars will contact the user using the attached receipt to ensure the most timely resolution possible.

Once repaired or replaced in case of impossibility of repair, the products will be returned to the customer free of charge.

IS MY PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTY?

To find out if the product is still under warranty, check the delivery date of the tracking code shown in the order details. In the event of a faulty product, if it is a Lighting Appliance

We strongly invite you to contact a QSPCARS specialist in advance by email, in the Contact section, who will first guide you in carrying out simple tests, to verify the actual presence of a defect of conformity.

All products are identified by a unique serial code printed on a tamper-proof label. Removing the label with the serial code will void the Warranty. During the warranty period, QualitySPCars will repair or replace the defective item or components whose serial code corresponds to the order of the customer requesting the Warranty and which is covered within the time limits established by law. In no case will it be possible to request a warranty for products that are not part of your order, e.g. for other people's orders or product codes that are not part of your order. The replacement component, identified in turn by a unique serial code, will be covered for the remaining warranty period of the product that is part of the initial purchase. QualitySPCars will restore the faulty material to working order, deciding at its discretion whether to repair, replace with the same new or used product, or replace the product with one that is at least equivalent in performance, new or used. QualitySPCars reserves the right to opt, at its sole discretion, for a refund of the purchase price instead of replacing the product and canceling the purchase contract. The warranty must be requested by the customer who placed the order, for the material contained in the order only. It is not possible to request a Warranty on products that are not part of your order and/or other people's orders. The serial codes of the products are valid for association with an order number

RETURN / WARRANTY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF:

The return of the product will not be accepted under any circumstances and therefore the guarantee does not apply in the event that: The terms for providing the guarantee have expired; If it is impossible to associate the faulty product with a specific order on our site; If the guarantee is requested for a product that is not part of your order; If the holographic labels of the serial codes have been tampered with; If, following a technical check, it appears that the damage was caused by improper installation or use; If, following a technical check, it appears that the damage was caused by modifications, repairs, tampering carried out by the customer himself or by third parties; If, following a technical check, it appears that the product was damaged due to negligence or carelessness in use (such as exposure to heat sources, water, lightning, incorrect connections, mechanical impacts, tampering with tests with unforeseen programs or drivers) or failure to comply with the installation rules; if the product returned to QualitySPCars reaches the latter in packaging that is not suitable for protecting the goods during transport; in all cases where the damage cannot be traced back to defects in production, manufacturing, or storage of the product. Products deemed defective by the buyer, but found to be functioning correctly following technical verification, are returned to the buyer with the cost of transport charged to him, in addition to technical inspection labor, which will amount to €15.00. A video demonstrating the operation of the product on the bench will always be provided, in which the serial codes are clearly legible. In the case of returns that are actually defective and covered by Warranty, QualitySPCars will resend the replaced product at its own expense and responsibility.
