COMPATIBILITY:
All Vehicles with Roof Bars, With one of the following characteristics:
- ROOF BARS with Central "T" Channel (the one Covered with Black Rubber) | Sliding Fixing
- ROOF BARS with a Maximum Section of 60 mm (Length) x H 57 mm (Height) | Screw Fixing with Supplied Adapters
SAFETY INDICES: Max weight 24Kg, Speed Max (Skis) 130 Km/h, (Snowboards) 100 Km/h
ASSEMBLY:
(Illustrated Instructions Provided)
A) Bars Prearranged for "T" Junction | Sliding Fixing
- Remove the Side Caps and the Rubber Strip from the Central Channel of the Roof Bars
- Insert the two Unified "T" fittings into the duct, at a distance of 475mm from each other
- Reposition the Rubber Strip of the Bar in the Channel, if desired, after appropriate Reshaping, between the remaining spaces
- Close the Side Caps of the Roof Bar
- Unlock the lock on the ski rack and open it
- Position the Ski Rack on the "T" Fittings which now come out of the Roof Bar
- Fix it from the inside, tightening it with the special bolts
- Make sure that the skis are with the tips facing the rear of the car and check that the bindings of the skis do not touch the roof or the bars
- Repeat the operation with the Second Ski Carrier
B) Bars With Mounting By Brackets | Screw Fixing with Supplied Adapters
- Place a "T" Fitting for each Bracket, from the Inside to the Upper Part of the Bracket
- Fix 2 Brackets on Each Bar, and Tighten them through the two predispositions, using the Long Bolts of the most appropriate Size, based on the Height of the Bar Itself
- Unlock the lock on the ski rack and open it
- Position the Ski Rack on the "T" Fittings, present in each Bracket, and Fix it from the Inside, using the Appropriate Bolts
- Make sure that the skis are with the tips facing the rear of the car and check that the bindings of the skis do not touch the roof or the bars
- Repeat the operation with the Second Ski Carrier
